1. Show up, help out, and have fun each week with the clan.
2. NO cheating OR hacking.
3. Always treat people fairly and act civil and human to friendly people.
4. Clearly explain who is in charge of the clan (ie. the ADMIN'S).
5. You can't be in any other clans, guilds, squadrons, etc. Unless its a different style of game (ie we are a FPS clan so you can be in a RGP Guild)
6. If someone has a question, post it on Forums, unless it is personal.
7. Don't SPAM people on Xfire, Email, or the Forums.
8. Please try and Help other members of the clan when needed.
9. If you are going to be gone a long time (over 2 weeks), be polite, post a message about it on the Forums.
10. Everyone, should expect to spend 10% of their "clan play time", helping back the clan.
11. If someone is in a another clan, they can NOT "hang out" on Members channels in ventrilo.
12. It takes all Admins Members to let someone in the clan or to kick them out.
13. All members must have Xfire and a microphone as it is needed for clan matchs and easy to contact people on

Everyone should help out our Clan in some way.
Everyone has to do a "CLAN JOB" , like HELPING with
TRY OUTS,
Helping Organizing Practices,
Helping Organizing EVENTS,
Recruiting New LOYAL Members,
Organizing games and inviting people in,
HELP HOWEVER YOU CAN .
Everyone should check the New guys out real good, so we do NOT let any PRICKS into the Clan. ALL [RS] Members should take the time to MEET and CHECK out EACH of the new [RS] GUESTs, that way all the current members will have a chance to say WHO gets in their Clan.
Everyone must have some respect when having the [RS] TAGS ON. You have to ACT like a LEADER at ALL times to get Promoted, If you do something REALLY BAD, a Member of the Admins might DE-MOTED you or worse KICK you out of the Clan.

1. HAVE FUN:
Have fun, meet new people, and don't worry about being a great player or having the most kills. Just be a friendly person. Treat other players as you want to be treated, ie with respect and understanding.
2. JUST LET US KNOW:
Feel free to play with [RS] Members as often or as little as you like. There is no required meetings at this time. Although if you are going to be away from playing for a while, your friends would appreciate a little note on the Clan Forums, something like "Going on vacation, cya in 3 weeks."
3. MEET PEOPLE ON VENTRILO :
You might like to hang out on the [RS] Clan ventrilo, even if no one else is on it, because [RS] Members can drop by any moment. The [RS] ventrilo is a good place to meet the Members and introduce yourself to them. Its a good place to find people and get into a game.
4. RECRUITS :
Admins decides if that person has followed ALL of the instructions on the JOIN page and REQUESTED a TRY OUT and has read -ALL- of the "JOIN" and the "RULEs" pages.
5. PLAY AS A CLAN:
ALWAYS "TRY" to play together as a Clan , play on the same team when possible and use Ventrilo as a Clan.
Also try and use tactics as it may help you bond with other members and you all understand what other people are on about.
so just try to play together as a Clan on what ever side the majority wants to play on at that time. Try to make everybody happy.
EVERYONE is EXPECTED to play fairly and act maturely and to USE ventrilo as a Clan WHILE they are on ventrilo
6. VENTRILO:
Please DO NOT use the VOICE ACTIVATION feature on ventrilo, Try and use push to talk key feature PLEASE.
7. VENTRILO CHATTING & GAMES:
If a lot of people are on the [RS] Ventrilo (chatting and playing games and mic checking), please suggest moving the GAME talking to one of the GAME Channels (ie Match, BF2, COD or what ever). Inform everybody of what you are doing. Then, if new people get on and want to play COD, people that are still on the CHAT channnel can direct them to where the game is at .
On a [RS] Ventrilo GAME Channel, if their are other people on Ventrilo that are in a game, please try to keep the general bull shtting, flirting, tech talk, etc. (non-game talk) to a minimum . If you want to discuss a non-game topic with someone on Ventrilo while other people are trying to play a game, please go to another CHAT Channel then come back to the game Channels when you are ready to play.
8. ARE YOU AWAKE ?:
If your belly is bigger than the Width of your keyboard you will not be allowed to become a [RS] member. [RS] members will NOT be required to get the Offical [RS] Tags tattooed on their butt. Child molesters will not be allowed to become [RS] Clan member, EVER. Same applys to Sheep Saggers. And remember that Superman could kick Batman's ass any day. Rule #8 is put in here to assure that your are reading these very important rules.
9. NO RANK TAGS IN [RS]:
There is no "RANK" allowed in the [RS] Clan (example : there are no Captain EVILs or General DeathAXEs). If someone already has a Rank as a part of their game name, then that will be allowed (Example: Captain Courageous, Colonel Klink, General Patton, Sargent Rock, etc,etc) .
There are NO "TAGS" allowed in the [RS] Clan other than : [RS], (even if someone is a TEAM Captain).
10. POST MESSAGES, NOT SPAM:
If you have some thing that you feel is valuable ( a URL, info, demo, program, technical, etc., etc.) please share it with the Clan, but please be careful, do NOT SPAM us. "
("SPAM" is a term used to describe junk mail or messages that you get over the internet).
We have the Forums for posting tips and tricks. Its also a good place to post long explanations or descriptions or request for help or the solutions to Clan / your problems.
[RS] Clan members joke around with another a lot, please try not to go over the top or annoying to one another. Try to keep it one big happy family please.
12. HACKERS ARE GONE:
IF you Hack OR Cheat [RS] Admins will IMMEDIATELY kicked you out of the clan, we will also make sure everyone knows about this (ie like clans and ladders)
13. TRY NOT TO CUSS:
Please TRY to keep the swearing , cussing, profantities, name calling, whineing (i.e. about lag) to a minium. Remember YOU will appear to represent ALL of us if you have the [RS] tag in front of your name. Please TRY to set a good example in games.you can say what ever you like and feel on ventrillo.
14. TRY TO SET A GOOD EXAMPLE:
The [RS] Admin's will try to set a good example for the Clan (in personal conduct/ [RS] Loyality /Recruitment / Training/ New Events).
The Admin member who is assigned to what job should try to set a good example for and help out the RECRUITS , TRY OUTS , GUESTS and MEMBERS.
ALL of US should KICK some BUTT when we play together ! If someone needs help please help them. If someone needs "Correcting", please politely correct them .
15. CLAN MATCHES :
All Official challenges for Clan Wars will be handled by the person who is assigned in charge for that match.
Direct ALL Challenges for Clan Wars or Tournaments to the "Clan Matches" link on the HOME page. it will be set on a first come first serve bases.
The person assigned in charge of the matchs , will keep track of our accepted challenges AND rejected challenges, WINs AND loses of both Clan Wars and Tournaments.
16. YOU CAN NOT BE IN ANY OTHER CLAN:
To ensure %100 LOYALTY to the [RS] Ranger Squad Clan , its Members are NOT allowed to be in any other FPS Clans .
(EXCEPT if its a different game type ie RGP ) . If you are member of another clan, you have to QUIT the other Clan BEFORE you can join [RS]. It is a leap of faith on your part and shows that you truly want to be a dedicated Member of [RS].joining another clan once you are in [RS] means you are automatically ressigning from [RS].
17. HARD WORKERS ARE REWARDED AND WANTED:
From time to time [RS] Clan Members might be evaluated on their past performance and selected for [RS] Clan Positions of Authority.
18. IF YOU SAY GOODBYE:
If you decide that you do not want to be in the [RS] Clan anymore please say in the leaving forums, so you don't get Clan messages everyday . Please feel free to Continue contacting your friends ([RS] Members) .
Anybody using the [RS] Clan Ventrilo you will still have to follow our RULES.
19. TELL ON THE BAD BOYS:
If you feel that someone in the [RS] Clan is not conducting themselves properly, bring it to the attention of the [RS] Admin's. Admin's will correct a Member who is not acting approriately, Please.
Major problems should be brought to the attention of the [RS] Admin's as soon as possible by posting messages on the [RS] Forums. If needed the Major Problem will removed from the Clan.
20. DON'T BLAME US:
The Ranger Squad Clan can in no way be held responsible for an individual Member's actions (ie like hacking and cheating also abuse in servers and site's).
21. WHO IS IN CHARGE:
Admin's
(PS.. you better listen to the Admin's to stay out of trouble.)
22. POST YOUR QUESTION/ ASK A ADMIN:
If you have a PROBLEM or a QUESTION, simply post a message on the our forums.
The Admin's read the [RS] forums every day, so BE PATEINT PLEASE ? They will deal with your problem as soon as they get to it. Members or GUESTs or Friends of the Clan will also be able to read about your problem and might also be able to help you if they can, that way too. ALSO, you MIGHT have SEVERAL people help you at once, that way.ALSO , OTHER people MIGHT have the same problem as you and this way several people might be able to be helped at once.
IF NO one has helped you a DAY after posting your message, then ""ASK A ADMIN "". Ask for help if you need it, but Please do not waste their time.
Do NOT bug a Admin Member with your individual Problems, as this Clan is ran SOLELY by volunteers, the Admin's will try to direct their time and effort towards MAJOR Problems and PROJECTS to ensure the SMOOTH Operation of this fine Global Clan.
NOTE: ALL PERSONAL Questions should be sent DIRECTLY to a ADMIN Member pm on the site.You do NOT have to post PERSONAL Questions on the forums.
23. A CLAN IS GIVE AND TAKE:
Ask your self from time to time "What have I done for my Clan and for fellow Clan members lately ? "
NEED HELP ?
Clan members, if you need help with something dont be afraid to ask
(i.e. Help with : Windows, Computer Hardware, anti-Hacking/Virus, free Personal web pages, free Game Name Email accounts, Custom Logos, etc., etc.)
One of the many advantages of a Clan is the help that flows freely, so PLEASE HELP when called upon with all reasonable requests AND feel free to ASK for HELP yourself. If you don't know who to ask for help just post a request on the forums.
Remember to say "PLEASE" and "THANK YOU" when somebody helps you.
24. AGE LIMIT:
There is no age limit for Joining but we do expect you to act mature if you like to join. if you are acting like a child you will be put to a vote by the admin's about kicking you from the clan. Back to top

Please read the following guidelines for Forum posting 1. Before posting, search the forums. Be specific in your searches.
2. Posting a topic 3 or 4 or 5 times will not get you a quicker response...it will more than likely get No response.
3. Please try to only start New topics as necessary. If a similar topic exists, please post in it. It will move that topic to the top of the list and your post will be seen. It also is a good idea since there may be a few users subscribed to that posts notification.
4. Post your topic in the respective forum.
i.e. Requests go in the Requests forum, Off topic stuff goes in the Off topic forum.
Neglecting to do so will get your topic moved or even removed!

Bugs: Post the line that gives you an error message.
